MRS Digital is looking for a reliable Office Coordinator who is willing to help our office operate effectively every day so employees can perform to their highest ability. **Office Coordinator duties and responsibilities**
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Monitor office expenditures and handle office contracts (cleaners, alarm co etc.)
- Welcome visitors and internal employees with warmth and a genuine smile.
- Maintain office equipment (aka ensure copiers are operational and fully stocked with toner, paper, etc.)
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
- Support meeting and conferencing needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Organise events, summer BBQ, Christmas Party, etc.
- Ensure rooms are always clean and presentable.
- Ensure parking is available for clients.
- Empty the dishwasher daily.
- Arrange internal events.
- Adhoc duties as and when required.

**Office Coordinator requirements and qualifications**
- Previous working experience as an Office Coordinator/Administrator
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Multi-tasking aptitude
- Proactive problem solver
- Highly self-motivated
- Natural happy disposition
- Empathetic.
- Driven by achievement.
- An interest in digital marketing would be a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
