The Fleet Operations Coordinator will be the experts to complete MVR transactions within the HCM system of record and will ensure data integrity through auditing and reporting functions.**STEP INTO THE ROLE*** Monitors Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) for employees. Reviews MVR files, helps to determine employee statuses, maintains current records in relevant systems, and reports results in accordance with standard operating procedures.* Completes and maintains driver qualification files in accordance with DOT regulations.* Administers routine fleet transactions via the HCM system, including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, hires, job changes, and organizational changes.* Coordinates employment physical program with agency, site teams, and other team members.
