We have an exciting opening with one of our award-winning prestigious clients based in and around the Battersea / Wandsworth / SW London area for a **Lettings consultant** offering a really attractive OTE of c.50K

If you are focused, articulate and have a positive ‘can do’ attitudeand are approachable, charismatic and thrive in a busy sales environment, then you could be the perfect person for this job role.

**Duties to include, but not be limited to**:

- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Matching applicants to suitable properties across whole patch
- Paperwork in relation to new tenancies
- Prospecting for potential landlords
- Maintaining applicant database
