**Client Details**
Our client in Brighton are seeking multiple Office Administrators on a permanent basis.
**Description**
As Office Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that documents are correctly loaded onto the system.
- Arranging client meetings.
- Admin transactions and resolving queries.
- Providing telephone support and delivering a high level of customer service.
- Liaison with internal and external parties to assist with service level agreements.
- Keeping company records up to date.
**Profile**
- Knowledge working in a busy office environment
- Speaking with clients on the phone
- Dealing with customer service queries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent user of MS office, especially Excel and Outlook
