**Role overview**

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who will get on well with clients and colleagues. The role covers the whole programme cycle from working on proposals, developing and implementing programmes, conducting analysis and writing reports and presenting and activating findings with clients. Working with colleagues from project management, professional services and analytics is vital, as multidisciplinary teams are essential requirement in meeting clients’ complex and wide-ranging CX challenges. We also expect a strong commitment from individuals to learning and developing their own skills and capabilities.

**What will I be doing?**
- Managing day-to-day client communications and building strong working relationships with client contacts and teams
- Working closely with our CX qualitative, professional services and platform implementation colleagues in the design, set-up and delivery of programmes and projects
- Developing questionnaires, sampling strategies and reporting deliverables
- Interrogating data to answer clients’ business questions, which could incorporate survey data, text analytics and organisations’ own data
- Displaying information and telling stories with data to ensure our work has impact
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Helping to coach more junior staff
- Contributing to the wider CX team and Ipsos. Continuous improvement in what we do through sharing best practice and ideas
- Being active on LinkedIn and helping develop our profile in the market

Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.

**What do I need to bring with me?**
- Agency experience with emphasis on quantitative research
- Genuine interest in customer experience management and research and how developments in the wider world are impacting customers’ expectations, behaviours and attitudes
- Confident analysing complex data and preparing reports and presentations to both a high standard and to deadline
- Ability to juggle different tasks, planning and using your time effectively
- Accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and work
- Strong practical knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of reporting packages such as SPSS or Survey Reporter is desirable.
- Willingness to question the status quo - we’re always looking for how we can do things better and everyone contributes to that
