**This is the job**:
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an effective front-line telephone response service for incoming calls to AA Business Services by greeting and assisting callers in an efficient and professional manner.

If successful, you will be responsible for selling Fleet Membership and extending Manufacturer warranty to new customers through incoming call traffic, as well as dealing with existing customers to ensure retention targets are met.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Taking inbound calls to the published major Business Services and Manufacturers telephone numbers.
- Making outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources.
- Qualifying the caller's requirements and deciding on the most appropriate course of action.
- Dealing with customers' administrative needs wherever possible first time using the BCAS system.
- Identifying and passing of complex calls to specific administrative departments or individuals.
- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries from prospective members and making outbound prospect and follow up calls.
- Taking ownership of all necessary action required to fulfil a sale to new or existing customer made over the telephone, including the payment process and making arrangements for membership cover.
- Maintaining a detailed knowledge of AA Business Services products and ensuring that a professional image is projected via the telephone at all times.

**What do I need?**:
We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate they are able to work in a fast-paced call centre environment, have proven sales experience and the ability to sell product and service over the phone using a variety of sales techniques.

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with both B2B & B2C customers, have good commercial awareness in the Fleet Industry and capable of working on administration systems.

To be successful in this team, we are looking for someone with great organisational and team working skills, as well as the type of person who can build a professional rapport with business customers over the phone.
