Main Tasks of the role:
The role requires you to;
- **Customer Services** - provide an excellent standard of customer service to meet the Society standards and objectives across a range of contact methods including telephone, in branch and written enquiries.
- **Sales** - to contribute to the achievement of work-based objectives, standards and sales targets as set by the Customer Service Manager and/or Branch Operations and Member Engagement Manager.
- **Promotions** - work together with members of the wider team including members of the Sales Team, Customer Service Managers and the Branch Operations and Member Engagement Manager on internal and external promotions of products and services.
- **Counter Duties** - accurately process and administer all aspects of customer accounts and deal promptly with correspondence arising out of such administration duties.
- Be Friendly with a Positive 'can do’ attitude
- Have Good Oral and Written communication skills and demonstrate good communication
- Have Customer Service experience
- Sales experience is desirable
- Experience in financial services/banking environment is desirable
- Have a full UK driving license and access to transport is desirable
