We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable customer service advisor to join our team We are a car mat company based in Mansfield, manufacturing and retailing a number of car accessories. Don't worry if you're not a car enthusiast - we'll teach you what you need to know.

The role involves advising customers, taking orders, issuing refunds, speaking with wholesale accounts, some admin work (listing products on online platforms), plus assisting in other areas of the business should time allow. For this role, it would also be beneficial should you have some equestrian knowledge, to help out with our other businesses.

The working hours are 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. We have on-site parking, pension contributions, free tea and coffee and there's even a discount from the burger van that parks outside

Key skills:

- Computer literate
- Keen eye for detail
- Confident phone manner
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner (there's a lot to learn)
- Polite and confident
- Equestrian knowledge beneficial
