Partnerships Account Executive

**Reporting of the role**:
This role reports to Group Partnership Manager

**Overview of job**:
The role of the Partnerships Account Executive is to support the wider partnerships team, with a focus on growing revenue through efficient and accurate planning, process management and client servicing.

To be proficient in all Partnerships planning, pitch systems and process including understanding gPlan and committing bookings to the system accurately and efficiently and in using business intelligence systems Ralph, TGI, Citrix etc.

As an administrative support to the team, your duties will also include attending meetings and taking notes, collecting audio, creating presentations, winner, and campaign management and more.

This role requires a team player with strong attention to detail and effective organisation and time management.

**Measures of success -**

**In the first few months, you would have**:

- Time Management & Communication
- Accurate planning and attention to detail on all projects
- Continuous improvement on agreed set of KPIs.
- Demonstrating excellent patch management and contributing to process improvements within the team.
- Having outstanding knowledge of Global brands, our offering and a good understanding of your agencies.
- Involvement in new initiatives (i.e package design) and building up a sales expertise.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Knowledge of all Global brands, platforms, products and systems
- To provide support to your team to ensure the continued delivery and year on year revenue growth of the Partnerships team.
- Become an expert in gPlanning.
- Ensure all campaigns are planned accurately and within budget.
- Support the partnerships team through administrative tasks including collating audio, management of prize winners and other duties to ensure all campaign objectives are met.
- Have a detailed understanding of associated costings (Production, Digital, Prizes and DAX) and provide pricing information in the agreed format.
- Handle your workload whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Provide outstanding service both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate interaction and expertise in gLabs tools and business intelligence systems such as Ralf II or TGI.
- Create good relationships with agency personnel and internal departments.
- Be a proactive and energetic contributor to sales initiatives.

**What you will need**:

- Strong organisational and workload management skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience of working in a team
- A working understanding of Microsoft teams, excel, keynote and PowerPoint.
- A solid understanding of the London media market and agencies
- A sound knowledge of radio and the commercial opportunity it offers
- An understanding of the Global portfolio
- To be a team player and energetic contributor
