**Hub Support Assistant - Maternity Cover**
**Working Pattern: 22.2 hours a week Monday - Friday**
**Location: Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire**
Via is currently looking for a Hub Support Assistant join our Business Services & Transformation Team based at our Head Office in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.
You provide a wide range of administrative duties related to the recovery of costs from third parties who have caused damage/disruption to the network and apparatus on the highway.
**The Job**
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Undertake administrative tasks to contribute to the delivery of the incident response service.
- Input and manage data associated with attendance to incidents on the network in IT systems to collate and maintain detailed records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in other teams and organisations to ensure that information required is received within timeframes in order to establish whether costs can be recovered.
- Gather and collate costs associated with incident response and subsequent repair works to assist with the process of recovery of costs from third parties.
- Flexible approach for the provision of administrative support during adverse emergency situations to support in minimising disruption to the network.
- Comply with internal and external standards of statutory responsibilities, duties, policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality service is maintained.
**The Person**
Mainly you will be excited to be a vital part of our Business Services & Transformation Team, but there are just a few other things we’d like from you:
- NVQ Level 3 Administration qualification or equivalent knowledge gained through practical experience in an administrative or customer service environment.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise workload and react to enquires in a busy office environment, working efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
- Good numeracy skills and an aptitude to produce high standards of accuracy when manipulating data.
- Ability to handle and resolve enquiries and difficult conversations relating to debt recovery.
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to contribute to, and work effectively within, a team environment.
