We are looking for compassionate and committed Support workers/Healthcare assistants in Blackburn, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a gentleman in his 20’s who lives in Blackburn with his family and requires support with his complex care needs throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.

He is a polite and sociable young man with a great sense of humour who has a good understanding of his care needs.

He loves to spend time with his family and care team, socialising with friends and spending time on his computer.

Throughout the day you will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, attending to his clinical care needs when required and assisting him to enjoy his hobbies and interests.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Oxygen Administration
- Bowel management
- Working with Learning Disabilities

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part Time Days - 2 shift per week
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00am
- 3:00pm

**Take a look at our Payrates**

Weekdays: £13:00 per hour (Approx. £78.00 per 6-hour shift)

Bank holidays: £16.50 per hour (Approx. £99.00 per 6-hour shift)
