We are seeking a talented Project Co-Ordinator to join our expanding team. You will be an enthusiastic, driven individual and self-starter able to work independently and within a collaborative team; supporting the successful delivery of projects providing high-quality creative solutions that engage and inspire our customers. Good communication and written skills are essential as is the ability to prioritise and manage your workload in a methodical manner in order to meet customer deadlines.
You will have 2+ years' experience of technical project co-ordination / project management with a good understanding of the full project lifecycle from business analysis to delivery. You will be detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects at one time, and work proficiently under pressure.
In this role, you will work closely with Project Manager Managers and Technical Consultants to ensure the smooth workflow of projects and be able to manage multiple delivery projects simultaneously. You will also be supporting the wider delivery team by providing them with visibility of project statuses and timelines.
**Purpose of the Role**
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring the project's deliverables are met
- All aspects of project co-ordination, including supporting the Project Manager to produce realistic project plans including resourcing needs, managing delivery of the solution, executing and co-ordinating from initiation through to final delivery
- Experience of implementing Microsoft solutions such as Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power BI and Azure
- Customer liaison and communication.
**Other Duties**
- Basic requirements analysis
- Basic customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensuring requirements and functionality of the solution are clearly defined and documented
- Providing the Project Manager with anticipated resource requirements
- Reporting to the Project Manager the status of a project with regard to progress against its deliverables and the project schedule
- Supporting the creation of project initiation documents including Statements of Work, design briefs and user scenarios
- Supporting the build of the Azure DevOps boards that are used to manage projects
- Facilitating any knowledge transfer required throughout the project, including training the customer's users and the handover to Ashton Court support
- The ability to deliver elements of client solutions where possible.
**Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience of technical project co-ordination / management
- Implementing solutions, primarily within the Microsoft product range including but not limited to Dynamics 365, Power Apps Platform, Power Pages
- Using project delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Trello, Jira and use of Scrum or Kanban boards
- Business analysis, user scenario mapping, defining requirements
- Experience with corporate websites, intranets and extranets
- Knowledge of testing and test scripts
- Experience with other Microsoft products will be an advantage, these may include Azure, Power BI, SharePoint
- Knowledge or interest in gaining knowledge of other integrated solutions such as TIBCO Scribe, Click Dimensions, Resco.

- Report to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
- Prioritise tasks and workload, critical path analysis
- Manage multiple delivery projects simultaneously
- Deliver to agreed timelines
- Triage and troubleshoot problems in a professional manner
- Work with the Project Manager to deliver customer projects on time and budget
- Collaboration with clients to form joint teams to deliver projects.
