**Frome Nursing Home** is looking for an experienced Administrator to support the nursing home on a full-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the Team with general administration
- Creating and maintaining documents and files
- Scheduling meetings and keeping diaries
- Supporting part of the recruitment process
- Present a professional and caring first contact for all those contact the home
- Annual leave management
- Collating payroll information
- Place purchase orders
- Maintaining petty cash
**Experience**:
- Administration experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused
- An appreciation of need for confidentiality
- Good IT skills
