**Title: Partner Service Manager / Customer service and Acquisition**

**Location: Liverpool (Hybrid working option Available)**

**Duration: until end of September**

**Rate: £130 p/d**

My client is looking for a Partner Service Manager to deliver Customer satisfaction, by providing an excellent customer experience on all customer interactions and resolving all enquiries to meet customer requirements and timescales. To deliver an acquisitionproject over a period of time from a jeopardy MGMT perspective.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide the primary point of contact for the Partner project.
- To answer all incoming Partner calls in a professional manner and within the specified call handling objectives.
- To achieve productivity measures as per pre-defined objectives.
- To deal with enquiries from our Partner to the relevant BT departments by whatever medium in a professional manner.
- To take personal ownership and resolve all customer and internal enquiries at first point of contact, to the Partners satisfaction.
- To process all customer order journeys or amendments via AD, OCS, Openreach Tracker, BT Wholesale or any other relevant compliant system.
- To understand all processes and systems including detailed interrogation where appropriate.
- Highlighting prospective HLE / Distressed Customers to Line Manager/Team Leader.
- To carry out specific tasks, projects and ad-hoc duties as directed by the Line Manager.
- To attend all team meetings,1:1's and training sessions as arranged by the Line Manager.

**Criteria**:

- Be self-motivated and maintain high levels of communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Be multifunctional / flexible with regards to on line / offline roles when required.
- Be able to work for periods without direct supervision and to work under the pressure of demanding time-scales and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge and order entry procedures.
- Maintain high standards of commercial security in accordance with BT's security codes of practice and guides.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and security in the workplace as per BT's Code of Practice. Report all hazards to Safety Officer or Line Manager.
- Completion of Clarity on Daily/weekly basis.
