At Baby & Child we are passionate about being able to provide childcare for every parent, as we believe that childcare is a need for parents and not a want, passionate about redressing the work life balance within the industry, as well as lifting up employees to be the very best versions of themselves.

At a time where there seems to be doom and gloom, we want to be that little bright light of hope.

So who are we seeking and who do we want to hear from? - People who are passionate about childcare, and making a difference to young children’s lives. People who want to help families no matter their background by providing care that they would be proud of if the roles were reversed.

For us, the most important quality is that you care. You don’t have to shout it from the roof top, but it is clearly visible for all to see through your actions and through your work.

It would greatly help if you had the following but if not, once you have a pure heart and good intentions, we would be more than happy to help:

- Hold a level 3 in Childcare or above
- Hold a valid 12 hour Paediatric First Aid certificate or be willing to obtain
- Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain
- Hold a valid Safeguarding certificate or willing to obtain
- Enjoy the variety and challenges that short term roles provides
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Be able to provide three contactable referee’s
- Have a high standard of work and professionalism

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Nannying: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Paediatric First Aid Certification (preferred)
- DBS (Done within the last three years) (preferred)
