**About us**:
We are an independent team of Fire Safety and Health & Safety Consultants based in the heart of the West Midlands. Working with clients of all shapes and size across England and Wales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Undertake general admin tasks.
- Create and issue paperwork.
- Update databases and systems on a regular basis.
- Maintain filing systems and records.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Provide customer service support.
- Any additional tasks deemed necessary by the line manager
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Ability to prioritise, organise workloads and work to deadlines.
- Good team player as well as ability to work independently.
- Strong administration experience and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Experience using Microsoft packages particularly Excel.
- Demonstrate accurate and organised record keeping skills.
- The ability to collate information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
