We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to work in our happy school.

You will need experience with Foundation Stage aged children with similar needs; should be able to support access to learning, play and social opportunities as well as developing speech and language skills.

**Qualifications**

**Experience**
- Experience or interest in supporting children within the EYFS.
- Experience of interest in working in a school Excellent literacy knowledge and skills.
- Experience of interest in supporting children with ASD.
- Experience of supporting children with Speech and Language delay
- Capable and willing of assisting with personal care

**Personal**
- Enjoy working with children.
- Able to have a good rapport with children.
- Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enthusiastic
- Hardworking, flexible and motivated.
- Team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal communication skills including ability to communicate effectively with

- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standard qualification
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
- Become fully adept in supporting teachers with the planning of activities, as well as creating own activity plans
- Amplify knowledge of safeguarding and emergency procedures
- Understand legislation with regard to confidentiality, data protection, and information sharing

**Expected duration; **16 months

**Working Week; **Monday to Friday, hours to be confirmed

30 hours a week
