The Firm

Our client is a highly regarded practice that upholds an enviable reputation in the South East and has been recommended for their exceptional work in numerous practice areas by the Legal 500 and Chambers UK.

The Opportunity

The firm are seeking an experienced Solicitor to take on a busy, established caseload to include a wide range of tax services from basic compliance services through to much more technical advisory work covering trusts, estates, probate, CGT and IHT planning.

This position offers lots of responsibility and autonomy where you will report directly into the Partner and Head of Department who is a Chambers HNW Guide leading individual, one of a small number of Private Client Solicitors in Kent to have been acknowledgedin this way.

**Requirements**:

- Experience commensurate to that of 7-10 years PQE +
- You will be qualified ATT / STEP and/or ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified
- strong background in either trust & estates, or personal tax
- Self-motivated, self-confident and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to forge and develop business relationships with an enthusiasm for networking and business development
- Commercial acumen and appreciation of financial fundamentals
