Job Title: Private Client Solicitor Location: Kent Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience PQE: Circa 2 – 4 years Leading Kent based law firm are looking for a private client solicitor to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality legal advice in all aspects of private client law. This includes wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, tax advice, and powers of attorney. The team are looking for a dedicated individual who can offer compassionate and personalised service to their clients. Key Responsibilities: Managing a comprehensive caseload of private client matters with minimal supervision. Providing expert legal advice on wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney and deputyships. Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering empathetic and personalised advice. Working collaboratively with team members to contribute to the department’s goals and targets. Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and best practices in private client law. The client are looking for a solicitor with circa 2 – 4 years’ PQE with demonstrated experience in managing a full caseload of private client matters. Membership in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) would be advantageous but is not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a private client solicitor looking for a role in Kent – the role could be ideal for a candidate currently commuting into London, who is looking for a role closer to home.
