Vacancy Ref - JR1495 Role: Internal Sales Executive Location - Woodford, East London Salary - up to circa £32,000 basic + bonuses + private healthcare Rhodium Consulting is recruiting for an Internal Sales person to join our ambitious and successful client in the East London area. The role will involve working within a team of people dealing with pricing enquiries, technical queries and sales orders. A large proportion of the role will be reactive calls dealing with incoming queries but this role is ideal for an individual who wouldalso enjoy outbound proactive sales and winning new business. Responsibilities will include: Handling enquiries Regular phone contact of customers to secure orders on technical products Setting up new customers, payments terms Raising Quotations for customer orders Organising and sending customer terms Progressing queries Providing technical advice where required - product training will be provided Reactive and proactive telephone sales Developing the customer base by regular contact which may include customer visits where required Use of computer system including quotations, enquiries, back orders Skills Required: Customer focussed telephone experience ideally in a sales environment Polished communication skills (written and verbal) Computer literate (inc Microsoft Office), systems training will be provided Enjoys speaking to people on the phone Reliable and committed working attitude with great organisational skills A hard-working team player with excellent attention to detail A self-motivated, professional who understands the importance of getting the job done and responding to the customer as promised Should be punctual, well presented and at ease with speaking over the phone Positive with a friendly "can do" attitude. A good listener who is keen to learn, develop new skills and "get on" in the business. It is essential that you have a solid career history in a customer focussed environment Salary is up to £32,000 dependent on skills and experience + bonuses + private healthcare
