This role will be ensuring your team of officers performs their roles to the best of their ability on your shifts. You will be responsible for protecting the site against loss, theft and damage. It is essential that our Security team leaders have excellent customer service skills. You will be dealing with patients and their families on a daily basis so empathy and understanding is key **Duties will include**: - You will lead a team of Security Officers - You will be patrolling premises on foot - You will be answering calls - You will be aiding general office work - You will be preparing reports **The following skills and experience are required**: - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Experience of leading a small team - A valid SIA License (Door supervisor or Security guard) is essential for this role. - Reliable and responsible attitude to work, including a proactive nature - Good communication skills Does this sound like you?
