Job description

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for warehousing. Someone with great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Someone willing to go the extra mile in our rapidly growing business.

Working in a very busy warehouse, you'll be working along side a team of 3 to ensure all warehouse operations are carried out, such as:

- Relief delivery driving to cover driver holiday - standard driving license required
- Picking deliveries
- Checking off stock with high accuracy and booking in
- Phoning customers to inform them orders are ready
- Book in deliveries
- Upholding health and safety in the warehouse
- Ensuring stock is held in good condition
- Warehouse tidiness and cleanliness upkept.
- Stock rotation and management
- Using outlook to contact customers and suppliers
- Working to lower stock loss
- Supporting team in achieving bonus targets
- A good organiser
- Flexible in hours
- Have a good work ethic
- Have high level of accuracy
- Be customer focused
- Have an understanding of computers (basic use of word, excel and outlook essential)
- Someone who enjoys working in a team
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Remain calm under pressure
- Have good monitoring and recording skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Fork Lift Truck licence/experience is desired but not essential

Contract: Full time and permanent

Working Hours: 42.5 hours a week and 1 Saturday in 4, 8am-1pm, inclusive of salary.

Shifts between our opening hours of 7am - 5:00pm although 6am starts will be required on occasion.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Driving license is required for this role.

Reach truck license preferred but not essential.
