We now have branches and bathroom showrooms located across Bristol, Bath, Yate and soon to be Weston, with more in mind.

**The role**

An exciting opportunity has developed to become our Warehouse Supervisor. You’ll be supervising a team of 5 and working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure all warehouse operations are carried out effectively and efficiently.

**Key responsibilities**
- Supervising warehouse support staff and drivers.
- Supporting team in achieving bonus targets.
- Picking deliveries.
- Checking off stock with high level of accuracy.
- Goods in.
- Phoning customers to inform them orders are ready.
- Booking in deliveries.
- Upholding health and safety in the warehouse.
- Ensuring warehouse tidiness and cleanliness is upkept.
- Ensuring stock is held in good condition.
- Stock rotation and management.
- Working to lower stock loss.
- Provide relief delivery driving to cover driver holiday if necessary.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for warehousing. Someone willing to go the extra mile in our rapidly growing business. You’ll have a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and make a difference. You must be ambitious, self-motivated, customer focused and enjoy warehousing. **Skills**
- Previous experience in warehousing and looking to step up to supervisor.
- Customer focused.
- Basic computer knowledge on Outlook & Merchant systems.
- A strong team player.
- Clean and tidy.
- Attention to detail and having a high level of accuracy.
- Good monitoring and recording skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ambitious to develop a career with us and progress as we grow.
- Forklift licence/reach truck preferred but not essential as training provided.
- Full UK driving licence.

Working hours: 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday to be worked flexibly between 06.00am - 17.00pm and 1 Saturday in every 4 weeks (8am-13.00pm).
