The Estates & Workplace Team are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join them. The Maintenance Planner delivers the Facilities maintenance programme across all sites, ensuring physical assets are maintained to the highest standard.

Manage the delivery of the Facilities maintenance programme, complying with health and safety, other legislation, organizational policies, and procedures across the entire Glenmorangie Company Estate
- Address and remediate FM-related risks, hazards and threats to people, property and premises
- Maintain the Facilities maintenance programme’s document archives ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations and ISO standards
- Gather, analyse, & report FM-related information for continuous improvement and predictive maintenance purposes
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure the effective delivery of a range of facilities maintenance services
- Support sustainable practices in FM whilst promoting the company’s sustainability strategy
- Support hard FM functions and the Asset Manager, particularly around asset maintenance, insurance inspections, LVMH risk management & financial control
- Maintain and develop competence in the FM industry/sector through participation of FM projects

**Profile**:
**Technical Skills and Experience required**:

- Degree Educated or proven relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SAP (or similar ERP) Experience.
- Contractor Management.
- CAFM software and/or other scheduling management tools.
