**Job Title: Accounts Payable Apprentice**

**Salary: Competitive**

**Working Hours: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday - 09:00 - 17:30 - 37.5 hours per week**

**Location: Vicon House**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Process high volume supplier and subcontractor invoices for payment.
- Gaining authorisation of invoices in a timely manner.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Managing key suppliers in the best interest of the group.
- Providing an excellent level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders/suppliers.

**About You**:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience desirable but not essential
- Prior Accounts Payable experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic Excel skills.
