Wicked role for someone who knows Sage 200 / Sage Intacct back to front and inside out. You will be working with clients to assess their needs, configure software solutions, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption. You’ll need to be a strong communicator and problem solver.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Sage Intacct and Sage 200, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems.
- Provide training to client staff on software functionality, best practices, and usage.
- Create detailed project documentation, including requirements specifications.
- Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, support, and development, to ensure alignment on client goals and expectations.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- 3 + years of experience in software implementation, specifically with Sage Intacct and/or Sage 200.
- Experience of Market Place Partners solutions, Sicon and Draycir in particular.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple implementation projects, end to end.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Sage 200 software functionalities.
- Experience with data migration and system integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
