**What to Expect**

As CRM Executive, you’ll lead in building long-lasting, engaged relationships with our subscribers. You’ll join our Marketing team and expand on our CRM capability across the business - owning execution of all CRM comms and working collaboratively with Product, Credit Risk and Customer Success to deliver our ambitious conversion, lifetime value, and repeat rate targets.

Testing is key to the performance of CRM and you will set up, run and measure AB tests in the platform and roll out best performers.

Our retention and repeat rates are on a strong trajectory - this is a chance to have a huge impact on the business. This role offers a great opportunity for progression and a unique chance to get invaluable experience in customer relations within fintech marketing.

**You'll be great at...**:

- Bringing hands-on experience with customer comms to deliver great outcomes and exceed expectations.
- Working with data and interpreting and presenting results in a clear way. You have a positive attitude and love to learn new skills. You have great attention to detail and love to use excel.
- Walking in the customer's shoes - you know the Raylo customer.
