HR & Payroll administrator

While this is a stand alone role working in a team you will be required to build excellent relationships with other colleagues in branch. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people and must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.
- Monthly payroll processing end to end including auto-enrolment for pensions, manual calculations & statutory payments (essential)
- HR administration including contract production & onboarding of new staff
- Recruitment - finding suitable applicants for vacancies across the business and passing them to relevant managers.
- HR audits alongside our HR consultancy firm to ensure we are up to date with legislation
- Basic Bookkeeping
- Onboarding new starters
- Assisting the directors with monthly board reporting
- Arranging regular staff training

We’re looking for
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality service
- Accounting and Financial administration experience preferred
- Payroll experience (end to end processing essential)
- Some basic HR knowledge
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Payroll & HR administration : 2 years (preferred)
- Basic HR knowledge : 2 years (preferred)
