The Process Owner for People Systems (HRIS) will be part of our People Operations and Transformation team, partnering closely with People Services and Payroll to ensure effective operationalisation of people processes, through our core HXM platform (SAP Success Factors) and associated people systems and tools across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

The role will partner closely with technology and 3rd party support teams to extract the full value from our People Systems (HRIS) driving digital first people processes with a simple, personalized, and intuitive colleague experience.
You will work within a team that are critical to ensuring our people data, systems and processes are effectively governed, kept accurate, compliant, fit for purpose and future proofed.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Functionally supporting and maintaining our core platform (SuccessFactors) and other integrated People systems
- Partnering with the HRIS systems admin/support teams & Technology teams, provide direction through 3rd party services (when required) to ensure processes are maintained, evolved, kept accurate and compliant and all end users are appropriately supported.
- Support process configuration requirements
- Critically evaluating the operational processes within our platform seeking opportunities to standardise, simplify and strengthen accuracy and compliance
- Developing and maintaining HRIS process documentation, including desktop procedures
- Represent People Systems (HRIS) as Process owner at HR Change Board to support detailed impact assessments, understanding the problem statement, assessing options, defining, and mobilising implementation plans
- Working closely with the People Operations Manager to understand business requirements for continuous improvement and change
- Operationalising HRIS solutions that drive a human experience in a digital first way to support the People Agenda including upgrades and implementation of new People system solutions

You will need:

- Deep understanding of core hire to retire processes, and how tools/systems underpin effective HR operations
- HRIS process configuration experience required
- Relevant HR System Experience/ qualifications (SuccessFactors) is essential
- Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting, and ability to follow through tasks to completion
- Relevant professional qualification ideally CIPD
- HRIS qualification ideally in SuccessFactors highly desirable
