Job Description GPO Global Process Owner Location : Hybrid Aldermaston / Paddington (2 days per week onsite some flexibility for meetings) Contract : 12 months Rate : 7282 per hour (Umbrella) IR35 : Inside IR35 Are you a proactive and experienced product or process leader ready to take ownership of complex procurement processes This is a new high-impact role leading P2P process improvement system implementation and content strategy for a transformation programme. Youll bring clarity and structure to a system and team under pressure driving efficiency and user-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of P2P processes ensuring clarity efficiency and alignment with organisational objectives. Lead system implementation and embedding preferably with Jaggaer or similar SaaS platforms. Conduct complex process mapping and engineering translating stakeholder requirements into actionable improvements. Apply UX and user-centred design principles including conducting user research and usability testing. Build and deliver a product / digital roadmap for P2P processes and related systems. Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption performance and process improvements. Drive continuous improvement post-launch including optimisation of content and workflows. Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels internal and external. About You 5 years experience in product management ideally within SaaS or digital transformation environments. Proven track record in content / process transformation including roadmap delivery and stakeholder prioritisation. Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled in complex process mapping analytics and problem-solving . Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams. Knowledge or awareness of compliance governance and regulatory reporting in procurement or digital systems. Desirable Direct experience with Jaggaer or similar commercial / procurement systems. Background in commercial or defence transformation programmes . Formal certifications : Agile Scrum Prince2 PMP or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) . Experience mentoring and developing teams delivering content strategies and maintaining content guidelines.
