About the Role

Department: Adviser Servicing

Location: Newcastle

Contract type: Permanent, (hybrid working - 3 days in the office)

Contract hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekend work) 35 hours per week

As an Adviser Servicing Technician, your role within Quilter is to provide a high quality and efficient administration service, utilising industry, product, and process knowledge to administer all client/adviser transactions and queries. Emphasising on delivering the right outcomes for our clients/advisers in accordance with service level agreements (SLA’s) and regulations.

You will be working to a high degree of accuracy, meeting deadlines, and proactively supporting the team and the wider departments results.

You will deal with urgent referrals, running reports as well as authorisations in the system.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have some previous experience in an administration role and with dealing with external client’s or customers.

It isn’t a necessity to have experience in Financial Services, although some knowledge would be beneficial.

You will need to be a confident user of all Microsoft outlook and excel word, PowerPoint and ideally access and be proactive, with a strong work ethic and comfortable working both as a team and independently.
