**Hours**:30 - 37 Hours (Job Share considered)

**Location**:Flexible working at our office at Malvern Gate, Worcester and working from home.

**Job purpose and role**:
The Director of Finance & Information will lead the charity’s finance, risk management and information function to ensure that the organisation is supported by robust and professional policies and procedures. They will be responsible for ensuring best practice in charity finance governance and reporting, driving system effectiveness and supporting the delivery of productivity and value.The postholder will be responsible, as part of the senior leadership team, for delivering our planned programme of digital transformation, for ensuring that systems are in place to efficiently gather data to inform day-to-day operations and strategic decision making, and for ensuring that the financial consequences of decisions are fully considered.They will contribute to the strategic development and operational management of all areas of the organisation, driving efficiencies within finance and information in support of other functions.
