**Role Requirements**

To support the Workshop Manager, dealing with motorcycles in accident repair and hire preparation by providing analysis and planning information to support a continuous improvement plan.

The role will liaise with key stakeholders in the repair process and maintain a well-kept, tidy production area that is safe and efficient for use by Technicians and others that may use it.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- To assist your line manager in managing motorcycles through the repair process by;
- Monitor the physical movement and management of job cards in hire and repair.
- Analyse Management Information to help with accuracy and efficiencies on jobs.
- Co-ordinate pricing of additional sales and MOT work.
- Use MS Office and become a super user in Proclaim, Advance and Deep Blue software and its data interfaces to help support the team
- Assist in the maintenance and auditing regular reporting across the production process.
- Escalate necessary issues in a timely manner to line manager.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements (including but not restricted to TCF principles, the DPA and HSE).
- Working with your line manager to take on ad-hoc tasks to help with the efficiency of production process.

**Skills Required**:

- Organised with the ability to work to deadlines
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A flexible team player with the ability to work proactively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- A willingness to learn and develop within the team
- Ability to work independently without regular supervision
- Reliable, conscientious and dedicated
