Are you passionate about delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service? How about managing a team to provide an OUTSTANDING student experience? We’re looking for a proactive, innovative and collaborative **Library Services Coordinator** to join our Library Services team.


As Library Services Coordinator, you’ll **lead by example**, actively guiding a team of Library Services Assistants to deliver friendly and efficient frontline support to our university community. Working **closely with your fellow Coordinators**, you’ll help shape our service offer by contributing to exciting enhancement projects that make a real difference to our users’ experience.

This is a dynamic role that requires a confident communicator with strong people skills.


You’ll be comfortable using a variety of software systems including Microsoft Office, and have experience using data to support service evaluation activity.

You’ll be part of a supportive team that values creativity and continuous improvement to shape the future of the library at our university.
