As a New Patient Enquiry Coordinator, you will be the first person that patients will interact with so need to champion the core values of EvoDental. You need to be a communication expert and deliver excellent customer service whilst achieving targets and KPIs. This is your chance to make a real impact at our brand-new clinic in Leeds, with a brand-new team, and in a BEAUTIFUL new building.
**THE ROLE**
- Manage large volumes of incoming enquiries via telephone calls, online forms and web chats
- Triage and identify patients’ needs and match them to our solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with patients through open and interactive communication
- Work closely with the Patient Coordinators to ensure a first in class patient experience and detailed handover
- Have in-depth knowledge of our products and services so all patient queries can be answered
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service, delivering a personalised, efficient and friendly service with the ability to take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage patients
**YOU**
- Proven customer support experience
- Exceptionally empathetic and a passion for customer service with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Performance driven, able to manage at pace, self-motivated and able to prioritise
- Excellent communication, diplomatic and tactful
- Organised and able to multi-task
- A real team-player who can add value to our amazing culture

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
