Customer Service Administrator - Permanent - Telford

L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-known and respected Telford organisation for a new
Customer Service Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The multi-national company are looking an experienced Customer Service Advisor who comes with good communication skills and a resilient approach to join their small team. The role comes with a hybrid, working from home opportunity.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

- Schedule engineer call outs
- Raise orders
- Invoicing
- Update CRM

To be considered for this excellent opportunity in Telford, applicants MUST have previous, office
- based Administration or Customer Service experience.

You’ll be well organised, IT literate and have good communication and customer service skills.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hours per week). It also comes with a generous holiday, benefits package and pension as well as opportunities to progress for the right person.

The site is accessible on public transport from most parts of Telford, though it is also accessible from
Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Newport and Telford etc
