**Commercial Coordinator**

**SUMMARY**:
Responsible for supporting project managers in planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. To ensure all contractual order requirements are maintained in terms of delivery, documentation, and commercial terms.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Initial Order Review
- Order entry into the Company Order Management System
- Placement of Sub Order onto Vendors, ensuring all order requirements are covered both commercially and technically
- Processing orders under the current QA System and Procedures
- Maintenance of the Order File and Correspondence
- Expediting of all open Sub Orders, were vendor or client specific as required to support delivery.
- Maintenance of data into the Company ERP Management System
- Proactively reviewing and responding to all expediting requests from clients
- Issuing all Weekly Status Reports as required
- Preparation and submission of all PO Doc’s requirements in line with contract requirements.
- Authority given to raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
- Notify of any NCR issues after supply
- Arrange and coordinate all international / national freight as required
- Participating in forecasting and expediting meetings on a weekly / monthly basis
- Processing of GRN/Purchase Invoices
- Provide cover and support across the internal commercial team as and when required.
- Ad hoc duties as required in line with your role & responsibilities.

- GCSE Grade C minimum or equivalent in Maths and English
- Solid numeracy skills, competent to deal with basic GRN/Purchase Invoices
- Sales and/or office administration experience
- Good attention to detail and follow up pro-actively on work activities
