**Job Description**:
Make your mark as Proposals Coordinator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen

As Proposals Coordinator, you will work closely with our team of Tender Managers to prepare responses for all types of tenders and enquiries received from clients. You will be supporting Tender Managers with all tender deliverables and be responsible for the preparation of all response documentation, ensuring it is complaint with the Company’s management system and client requirements.

You will have experience of the tendering, or sales commercial process and have excellent attention to detail.

**Your responsibilities as an Proposals Coordinator are**:

- Ensure that Invitation to Tenders (ITTs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs) received from Clients are recorded and receipt notified to relevant internal personnel;
- Review of ITTs, RFQs and all other types of requests to identify all deliverables;
- Support Tender Managers in actioning tender deliverables;
- Preparation of all response documentation to a professional standard in compliance with Company’s Management System and Client requirements;
- Maintain Tendering records, work with Tender team to collate, record and report on departmental and functional statistics;
- Provide administrative and analysis support to the Tendering department as required;
- Ensure the Bid Libraries and reference documents are organised and up to date;
- Assist in the preparation of reporting to Senior Management as and when required.

**Extra information**
- Your team: You will report to the Commercial Manager - Tendering and be part of the wider Tendering team.
- Where you will work: Your location will be our office in Aberdeen and you have the option to work from home 2 days per week. Fixed office days are Tuesday and Thursday’s.
- Full - time job: The position of** **Proposals Coordinator is full time, 35 hours per week.
