**Key Responsibilities**:

- Registering and managing prospective tenants
- Arranging viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies
- Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the letting process
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in residential lettings preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Full UK driving license and use of own car when necessary
