**About the role**:
We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business that still retains its family values.

You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service to our customers by processing orders and queries in an efficient and timely manner.

**As a Customer Service Representative your main duties will be**:

- Processing customer quotations and orders using our internal systems
- Dealing with incoming customer and tenant enquiries
- Investigating customer care issues, including root cause identification and remedial action planning
- Dealing directly with internal customers such Business Development Managers, Supply Planning etc. to ensure all required information is proactively relayed in a timely manner to the business
- Actively contributing to improvement and efficiency projects in line with the company strategy
- Various tasks and report compiling as directed by the leadership team
- General administration duties
- To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and personal qualities:
**What we are looking for in you**:

- Demonstrable customer service experience; ideally gained from within an office environment
- Ability to learn; able to pick up knowledge of our internal systems, products and processes quickly
- High attention to detail and desire to “get things right”
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work well in a team

**Salary**: £19,836.00-£20,733.00 per year
