JOB SUMMARY
Here at Halliwell Jones (Chester) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a Finance & Insurance Administrator to join us on a temporary maternity cover contract. The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Sales, Aftersales and Bodyshop. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To undertake financial administrative duties for new and used BMW vehicle sales.
Fully complete all FCA, SAF and ITC training and ensure that all FCA and Halliwell Jones compliance requirements are met in full.
Adhere to policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all sales objectives smoothly and in a timely manner, with specific responsibility for the administration of finance and insurance products.

Knowledge of financial packages and insurance products.
Excellent customer service and organisation skills.
Excellent communication and administrative skills.
Reliable and focussed.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Ability to use own initiative.
Experience communicating with Senior Management.
Ability to work weekends and bank holidays by prior arrangement.
Knowledge of Drive and Word package IT experience.
