Overview:
Job Title: Supported Living Team Leader
Location: Hinckley, Shepshed, Melton Mowbray

**Salary**: From £11:33 per hour plus on call allowances
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for 3 members of staff that are self
- motivated, caring and compassionate Team Leaders to provide hands on support and to lead a staff team in our existing services based in Hinckley, Shepshed, and Melton Mowbray. The service is home to adults with learning disabilities, Autism and mental health issues and you will be helping the people we support to increase their independence, lead a fulfilling life and to achieve their own individual goals.

This is no ordinary job. You will be supported when you face new challenges and rewarded for your commitment to providing outstanding support for our people.

**The Role**
- This role will offer a balance of Support Work and Staff Management. Each and every day you will do everything you can to help the people we support get where they want to be.
- Your focus will be on providing new and innovative ways to promote independence, responsibility and purpose to those that we support.
- You will have experience in producing staff Rota’s, managing staff related issues and Annual Leave requests.
- You will make sure that all daily plans, documents and weekly audits are completed inline with company policy.

**The Person**
- You will ideally have previous experience leading staff within Adult social care and have gained an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or studying towards
- You will be a strong team player with inspiring leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead by example.
- You will be experienced working under pressure and be able to respond quickly to situations.
- Energetic, fun and full of life.
- A full, clean driving licence would be an advantage.
