**Network Security Apprentice**

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- 1st line Network support
- Working on a ticketing system
- Provide support
- Security systems testing and analysing
- Installing networking hardware and software
- Assisting with prevention of cyber-attacks
- Troubleshooting network issues and resolving
- Cabling tasks including Cat6 and Fibre optic technology cables

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Passionate about IT and security
- Willingness to learn
- Driver would be desirable
- A grade 4/C in Maths and English is required for this role

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £15,000-£18,000 per annum salary
- 22 days holiday + Bank holidays, accruing an extra day per year service up to 26 days holiday

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in with IT networks. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 Network Engineer qualification.

**Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships**
