As a leading provider of eco-friendly products, we aim to make a positive impact on both the environment and the lives of our customers.

Job Overview:
As an Eco 4 Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote the benefits of our Eco 4 product. Your primary goal will be to inform, educate, and guide customers on how Eco 4 can contribute to a more sustainable lifestyle. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong understanding of eco-friendly technologies, and the ability to build rapport with customers. All our products are free to the customer and all leads are hot and inbound. No cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain the benefits of Eco 4.

Provide detailed product information, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Customize sales pitches based on customer needs and preferences.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Eco 4 sales team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for eco-friendly products and a basic understanding of environmental sustainability.

Ability to effectively handle objections and turn them into sales opportunities.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.

Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
