**Customer Service Advisor**

**The Role**
- Receive and process customer gas orders and process payments where necessary.
- To respond to customer enquiries related to Bulk Gas Distribution.
- Recommend appropriate products/services/plans to customers by providing clear, informative and expert advice with a confident and positive attitude.
- Outbound calling to customers during promotional campaigns to advise of the benefits of the offer and influence behaviour.
- Resolve problems to customer’s satisfaction in a timely fashion and ensure root cause has been identified and communicated to relevant department for corrective action.
- To maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- To ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to.
- Support other team members with an enthusiastic, approachable attitude.
- To achieve KPI targets as set by the line manager.
- Two - three years relevant customer service experience.
- Experience in handling high volume of calls.
- Proven track record at delivering results in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience using back office systems.
- Confident, enthusiastic customer and team focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about their quality of work.
- Commercially focused and strong ability to work to targets.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi task with ease.

Desirable
- ERP, Navision and CRM is a distinct advantage.

**Salary**: £21,300.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
