**Are you the amazing landscaping team leader we’ve been looking for?**

If you are you’ll be hardworking, reliable and trustworthy, and confident enough to lead a team with little guidance. You'll be receiving a basic salary of £35000 pa, plus the opportunity to increase that with a performance bonus of £2000 to £4000pa, and the use of a company van and fuel card.

This job will never be boring.

The applicant who gets this role will hold a high level of importance in our organisation.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Be able to lay a variety of paving and blocks to a high standard
- Be able to complete landscaping jobs from start to completion unsupervised
- Be able to lead a team

You will need to have these skills:

- Hardworking
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Able to lead a team and delegate tasks
- Ability to run a project with very little guidance
- Motivated
- Adaptable to change
- **And ** excellent customer service skills

**A guarantee of work in all seasons (we work ALL year round)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
