**4.5 day working week construction estimator role**

Over the past decade, we have provided unmatched residential landscaping services, garden design ideas and hardscape solutions to homeowners in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland.

We plan the garden, design the finished space, project manage the build, construct the garden and then advise how to care for it.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Meet clients face-to-face to talk through plans for their garden - securing clients to initiate the design process
- Survey of high end landscaping projects for domestic homeowners
- Understanding the client’s requirements and ability to suggest ideas
- Liaising with the 2D and 3D designers to make sure the designs are to the customer’s brief
- Presenting the designs to the customer
- Managing the sale of the project
- using CRM software
- Hand over site visits with the operations manager to show the job that has been instructed

About you:

- Experience in a customer facing role, in sales or surveying/estimating - confident in presenting ideas to clients
- minimum 2 years
- Ability to mostly work on your own and liaise with the team virtually
- Have at least 2 years surveying/ experience
- Astute problem solver
- Ability to operate MS Office packages and various Apple Apps
- Must have superior customer service skills
- Excellent time keeping
- Landscaping/ building sector experience/qualification in Horticulture (desirable)
- First class interpersonal skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Driving Licence (essential)

Full in depth training of the role will be given.

**Salary**: OTE £55,000 per year

£40,000 base salary +1% commission

Working location: On the road/ home based

Monday -Friday (Friday half day)
