Our clients include many of the top hospital consultants/consultant groups, including surgeons, physicians, anaesthetists, radiologists and pathologists from all major hospitals throughout Ireland and the UK.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. Our ideal applicant is a self-starter, who is eager to learn and can work off their own initiative, whilst following established processes.

**Primary Duties**:

- Maintaining a high level of professionalism, providing precise and accurate information to our clients.
- Contact insurers and hospitals to access updates on outstanding claims and to establish reasons for current shortfalls.
- Liaising with members of internal teams in order to resolve issues
- Looking to operate proactively to identify issues and offer solutions
- Working through clients' outstanding accounts, identifying major problems affecting the payment of claims, and liaising with clients/secretaries directly in order to resolve these issues
- Provide relevant reports to clients on request.
- Work to monthly and quarterly targets to have accounts processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Ad Hoc duties as requested by the manager/supervisor

- Excellent attention to detail
- An investigative / problem solving mentality
- A strong team player with the confidence to work on your own initiative
- The ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Possess excellent time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise time effectively
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with management and colleagues
- Be willing to take on additional duties to support the ongoing growth and development of both the team and organisation
