**Cloud Change Lead / Product Manager**

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop internal capability, enable and implement change management for key transformation initiatives and daily change activities
- Hands-on completion of change management deliverables (stakeholder analysis, business impact assessment, change adoption strategy, training plans, etc.)
- Build a change management framework that can be used going forward (tools, template, methodology, communications, etc.)
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
- Work with Corporate Communications to ensure adherence to corporate standards and collaborate on cross-department communications. Tailor communications for different audiences and equip leaders with the necessary tools to become change champions.
- Partner with process owners, team leads, project managers and stakeholders to gather information and solicit input in developing relevant and timely communications. Bring creative and innovative thinking in deploying different methods that improve the outcomes.
- Support training efforts and own the Training plan
- Provide input, support the design and delivery of training programs.

**What we're looking for**
- 5+ years of experience is change management supporting enterprise organisations
- Ability to see both the macro and micro pieces involved in a large scale change at an enterprise level
- Experience performing business readiness and change management assessments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience in progressive business systems analysis and information technology roles
- Experience with transformation and process improvement
- Experience implementing cloud-based solutions in a global environment
- The ability to engage and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across a number of disciplines and various levels
- Formally trained in Change Management with strong communications, training (material & delivery) and organisational skills
