**The position**:
We are looking for a **Bar Person **to join our team at **Rivendale Lodge Retreat in Ashbourne. **_Great competitive rate of pay_

This is a **permanent** position to work **35-40** hours. This will be across 4 variable days which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

**Main responsibilities**:
The successful Bar Person will
- Take responsibility for the bar area.
- Take Bar orders
- Cocktail Making
- Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation of all areas within the department.
- Assist with efficient stock rotation and assist with the ordering of stock.
- Collect glasses

**Requirements**:
Similar previous experience is preferred. A knowledge of cocktail making is desired. Excellent customer service and communication skills is desired. A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the retreat.
